Contacting us

If you contact us using a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your express consent.

Cookies and local storage

This website currently does not use any analytics, marketing or third-party cookies. The choice you make in the cookie notice is stored exclusively in your browser’s local storage so that the notice does not reappear on every visit.

You can delete the local storage at any time via your browser settings. The website remains fully usable without a stored consent decision.

Consent management

On your first visit, a consent management notice is displayed. As no optional statistics, marketing or external media services are currently integrated, no optional consents are transferred to third parties.

Server logs

When you access the website, technically necessary server logs may be processed. These may include in particular the IP address, time, requested URL, HTTP status code, referrer and browser and operating system information.

Processing takes place for the technical provision, security and error analysis of the website. No user profiles are compiled and no advertising tracking takes place.

Server logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

No active third-party services

The current front-end version does not integrate any external analytics, map, video, font or content delivery services. Fonts, icons and website images are served locally from our own server.

Hosting

Our website is operated on a server of the hosting provider commissioned by FaNetwork. The hosting provider processes technical access data as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The specific contract and location details are documented in the internal processing records.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection.
